ABSTRACT
O objetivo da pesquisa foi detectar as dificuldades encontradas pelos Enfermeiros do PSF, no município de Foz do Iguaçu-PR, ao manusear o SIAB. A coleta dos dados foi realizada por meio de um questionário semiestruturado respondido pelos enfermeiros das unidades saúde da família. Os resultados apontam que existem dificuldades sobre os termos básicos relacionados à Atenção Básica e sobre os objetivos do SIAB. A maioria não acha adequado o número de patologias disponíveis na Ficha A e não confiam em todos os dados relacionados às Fichas B, preenchidas pelos Agentes Comunitários de Saúde. Grande parte sabe manusear o Software e aponta que não existe possibilidade de digitar dados importantes referentes ao paciente como: nome, endereço, registrar outras patologias e ocupação profissional. Há dificuldades em promover ações em saúde por meio do SIAB e a maioria afirma que a participação da comunidade é rara. Os dados da pesquisa indicam que, no município em que foi realizada a coleta de dados, existe a necessidade de educação permanente e continuada em relação ao sistema, melhorias no Software, nas fichas e relatórios e maior utilização do SIAB pela equipe e comunidade.
The objective of the study was to identify the difficulties encountered by Family Health Program nurses in the city of Foz do Iguaçu, PR, in using the Basic Care Information System (SIAB). Data collection was carried out using a semi-structured questionnaire completed by nurses in family health units. The results show that there are difficulties with the basic terms related to basic care and conerning the objectives of the SIAB. Most do not think the number of pathologies available on Form A is adequate, and they do not trust all of the data related to Form B, completed by Community Health Workers. Most of them know how to use the software and point out that it is not possible to enter important data regarding the patient, such as name, address, other pathologies, and occupation. There are difficulties in promoting health actions through the SIAB and most state that community involvement is rare. The survey data indicate that in the municipality where the data was collected, there is a need for regular continuing education on the system, improvements in the software, in the forms and reports, and increased use of the SIAB by the team and the community
